Saar Sangam is the culminating policy dialogue culminating policy dialogue of TARAgram Yatra, designed to synthesise grassroots insights into forward-looking policy recommendations. Convened in Delhi, it gathers policymakers, corporate leaders, civil society actors, and innovators in a shared space of reflection and action. With its central theme of “From Practice to Policy” but discussions focussed on the theme of TgY 2025 of “Innovating for Scale,” Saar Sangam ensures that the lived experiences and field learnings of Bundelkhand and Delhi find resonance in the corridors of policy and governance.
